Jon graduated from Marshall High School, and then from Olivet College with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management, where he first started at the agency as an intern. He mentored alongside past owner, Allen Harmon for ten years, before becoming co-owner of the agency.
When he is not at the office, Jon enjoys football, spending time with his wife and three children, and travelling.
